Foggy appeared out of nowhere and started submitting some hard hitting policy pieces. We know his name, Foggy Bottom, seems to refer to a neighborhood in Washington and that he seems to have a perspective shaped by governmentality. He’s taught us some things about assumptions and interpretation already, so he’s living up to the great tradition of Anonymous journalists of the 19thC so far and I’d like to keep him around. So welcome Foggy B.! and thanks to One Neck for doing this Deep Throaty depiction of him.
