I did this drawing of Jane Austen, and also the drawings of myself, Diane, Steevee and Haiku Emily, but I think I like the Jane Austen one the best. I really love her books, I always reread them, they’re sharp and also comforting. But not everyone feels that way, similarly, not every likes the asymmetry. This dress, with it’s clean and careful folds does make me suspect that MIss Austen would be kind of into it, once she got over the shock.
